Delivery & Returns

We despatch all orders placed within 1-2 working days via DPD.

Most deliveries will be received within 2-3 working days. Once you place your order, we send it as soon as we can, usually the following day (if it's a week day).

Deliveries to some areas of the UK will take longer, up to 5 working days - Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands, and some remote parts of Scotland.

Returns are free and we will accept opened, unused items back within 30 days of delivery.

We think you will love our products but if not we make the Returns easy - just reach out to our Customer Support team.

Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

We despatch all orders placed within 1-2 working days. Most items will be delivered the next day and you will receive tracking information for them.

You can also keep an eye on your order using the View & Track order link on your Order Confirmation. You will then be able to check the status of the order and track it once it's been despatched.

What carriers do you use?

We use the DPD delivery service. You order will be tracked from the moment it leaves us until it arrives with you. If you wanted to check your order status or track your order, use the link in your Order Confirmation to check your order.

Once your item leaves us, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

Returns

How do I return an item?

All you need to do is reach out to us and let us know that you have an item you wish to return. We use the CollectPlus service so you can drop off your return at a local retailer where it will be collected and returned to us.

Once the item/s has been received, we will refund you the cost of the returned items. Your refund will go back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days to clear.

What are your return conditions?

We accept Returns on all products as long as the following conditions are met:

• We accept items that have been opened
• The item has not been used
• The item is unwashed
• You still have the original packaging for the item you would like to return
• You have contacted us within 30 days of delivery

If your return meets these conditions, we will provide you with a Returns Label. You will need to repackage the items, as best you can, include the packaging it arrived in, then drop it to your closest CollectPlus retailer.

Once we have received the item, we will process your refund. It can take up to 14 days for refunds to clear.
